HOW TO REACH US

Catalonia is the autonomous region of Spain, located in the northeast of the Iberian Peninsula. The international soccer tournaments organized by Barcelonista Sporturismo take place on the fields of Pineda, Lloret de Mar, Calella, and Santa Susanna, cities situated along the Mediterranean coast, in Costa Brava, Costa Maresme, Barcelona, Costa Garraf, and Costa Daurada, where the climate is mild and temperate throughout the year. Pineda de Mar is easily accessible by car, train, plane, or ship.

By car, when arriving from Italy, it is recommended to exit the Autopista del Mediterraneo highway at exit 09 (Salida 09), after Girona, and then continue on the N-II road towards Malgrat de Mar. Just before reaching Malgrat de Mar, continue a few more kilometers – still on the N-II – towards Barcelona. Pineda de Mar is only 25 km away from the highway exit.

By train, it is recommended – once you’ve arrived at the central station of Barcelona – to take the regional train towards Massanet-Massanes. You can catch this train at Sants Station, Plaça Catalunya, Arc de Triomf, El Clot-Aragó. Pineda de Mar is towards the end of the route.

By plane, the nearest airports to Pineda de Mar are Barcelona El Prat and Girona. From Barcelona El Prat Airport, several options are recommended: the regional train (with a transfer at Barcelona-Sants station), or the bus (www.barcelona.com). From Girona Airport, taking the bus is advised.
